How can you convince me that your product is new and genuine?

 

We guarantee that all the items we carry are 100% authentic.Batch code can be found printed on all cosmetic and skincare products. It identifies and indicates the manufactured date of the product. If you wish to clarify the manufactured date of the product, please do not hesitate to contact us . Expiry date of product is usually three (1- 3) years from the manufactured date.

How do I know if my order has gone through?

 

We offer tracked services for tracked Malaysia delivery ( International is only offered within limited countries ) . As we despatch items , we will email you the tracking number in order for you to track your shipment .
