Item will be sent out within 1-3 working days after order is placed and payment verified.

Delivery by Courier Service takes 1-3 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) after parcel is dispatched out.

 

However, it may take as long as 2-4 weeks especially during peak and festive season. 

 

Parcel will be sent directly to buyer's shipping address. Kindly ensure that someone is around to receive the parcel. Delivery timing will be from 9am to 10pm. Buyers are not able to choose delivery timing. For Express Delivery or Scheduled Timing Delivery, please contact us prior to placing an order and we quote you the additional cost separately. 

 

Tracking number will be provided to track your parcel.
