HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE, PROCESS A RETURNS OR GET A REFUND FOR MY PURCHASES?

 

Any defective items , we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned to us within 3 days of purchase. The product and packaging must be in its original saleable condition unopened, undamaged and unused.

 

Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a registered delivery service.

 

We reserve the rights to reject any exchange or returns that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements. We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of exchange, returns or refund of merchandise.
